I was supposed to go see Michael Donner and the Southern Rennaisance at Lola's tonite, but due to homework overload and a misbehaving child, had to stay home...Decided to put on my new Gotye record and dance the photo session away to it. It is greatness so far. I watched a bunch of their YouTube videos before purchasing...super creepy, which I love. I thought there was a download code in the record packaging, but nada, so I'll have to resort to illegal downloading unless one of you folks can lend a hand.
So this is what I wore to the workplace today. Very colorful and festive with the fringe and all. I enjoyed it.
As always, I bid you all a good nite. Sleep well, sleep tight.

Good afternoon! Quick post today as I've got a crapload to do this evening. I started HW at 9 last nite after putting Seb to bed and stayed up till 3 in the AM attempting to finish up my Algebra lessons. My alarm was set for 4:15 (with a 15 minute snooze till 4:30), but my head and even my freakin dreams were on that stinking Algebra and trying to figure out a couple of the problems. Can you say HECK HECK HECK!!! Needless to say I was a little out of it this morning, but with caffeine in the form of cups and cups and more cups o coffee on my side, I made it thru the day. Im thinking similar situation today, but will force myself to bed by 2.
Anywho, this is what I wore to work today. I am a big fan of the high-low skirts and dresses that are out right now. They show a little leg, without being too seductive. Ha! Not that my skinny little chicken legs are seductive by any means at all. Ughhhhh!!! Gross.
Anywho, hope you all enjoy your evenings!!

My weekend in Austin consisted of shopping...alot of unnecessary shopping. It rained so any outdoor activities were impossible, but I got some great stuff, including this skirt at the Savers Thrift and this killer necklace and belt at Buffalo Exchange. I wore these all with my new Jeffrey Campbell Annabella Platforms I bought once again on Nasty Gal. Man that Jeffrey Campbell kills me with such greatness. Aren't they lovely?
Also had the most delicious food and had the best company to enjoy it! Unfortunately, the gut area is not appreciating the extra bulge.
Have a great nite yall!

Happy Sunday all! Hope everyone had a good weekend. By the time this is up and posted, I will have spent a very merry weekend in Austin, TX, visiting my sister and friends and going to estate sales, thrifting, eating like there was no tomorrow, and in general, just keeping Austin weird. I'll probably take some pictures of our mini vaca this weekend to post on the blogulet and let you know how rad of a time we had.
This is actually Friday's outfit, but I will have probably worn these space inspired galactic leggings all weekend long because I just cant resist their awesomeness. They are very similar to the Black Milk galaxy leggings, which are a bit pricy. I actually bought mine from NastyGal.com (not a porn site, but an amazing website full of killer clothing and rockin shoes, man!!!) at a cheaper rate. They fit well and the design is wonderful and wonderous. They have great sales constantly, which is a plus for this cheap and constantly broke lady. I purchased some awesome Jeffrey Campbell suede bow platforms for about $70 recently along with these lovely leggings and surprisingly they have spiked Litas in stock!!! Unfortunately I had to return my size 7s for 6.5s as they run a bit big. Anywho, I recommend you check em out out! Click me to go to the Nasty Gal site.
Well, hope you all have good times this week as well. Back to the ol ball game tomorrow, huh? No more day dreaming and sleeping in. Back to the routine of 2 hours of sleep at nite and black under eye circles in the morning. No, yes? Tell me your routines and such. Let me know I'm actually getting some views, even if you are family and/ or friends, ha...post a comment. No? Ok.
Took some inside shots too. Actually not as blurry as they usually are. I like the colorful-ness. I am, after all, a lover of color. Hope this first one isn't too creepy for ya. :-/

Hi all. Today was a good day over all...Seb Seb behaved well for a WHOLE WEEK!!! So he got his games back and I had about 20 white chocolate hersheys kissy faces...made for a happy Mar Mar at work. Anywho, feeling a little Stevie Nicks in this dress. Loving the bell sleeves and the slight mermaid cut...and the crochet...a bit obsessed, if ya know what I mean.
Anywho, I need to get some HW done, so hope ya'll have a good evening. Nighty night.
