Evening Folks.  Hope you all had a happy Monday.  Mine was just fine and dandy.  We were allowed to leave class early and now I am here about to start my Lit homework.  Anybody have a copy of the movie Persepolis, by the way?
Even better, in another two days, I'll be spending the day with my folks, which I haven't seen in an eternity, driving down to Austin, Tejas to enjoy my sweet little sis and the wonderful sights and sounds of one of the most amazing cities in the grand ol US of A, and then Shreveport, LA to get some inspiration/ art and painting lessons from a very creative and talented old friend.  Got lots and lots of drawing and painting to finish up by Monday!  Busy, but a good kind of busy.  Hope y'all have some fun stuff planned out for the next few days!

Anywho, I've decided to blog instead of doing my homework.  I'm so wise, aren't I!  I've just been inspired by all of these amazing bloggers.  I want to inspire through my creativity as well!  Im going to create and craft and amaze!!!

This is what I wore to Spiral Diner and Whole Foods this afternoon.  I went to Spiral, thinking they might have the Festivus, but not yet!!  NOOO!  I did pass two accidents, however.  One was a big 18 wheeler who went thru the rail, downhill into a concrete underpass.  The front end of the truck was all that was damaged, believe it or not.  Smooshed in completely, but it could have been worse.  The rest of the truck was undamaged.  Driver was so lucky in this case.

Afterwards, I went to the Whole Foods Market to find all ingredients to make crepes.  I love Whole Food's whipped cream, so I got that, crepes, some cut up strawberries and I found this sauce in the dessert buffet that was to die for.  While I was at it, I went ahead and got a strawberry cake.  My belly will surely be round after this sweet treat!

Cold Shoulder

Hola amigos.  I apologize for not posting in a couple months..not trying to give out the cold shoulder vibes.  Times have just been tough these days in the time department - as in I have none.  Im unsure why I am even posting right now.  I really should be doing homework....
Anywho, let me update you on the things that have been going on in my neck of the woods.  I'm back at the 2 hours of sleep a nite routine...hence the even darker under eye circles and unbrushed hair, aged old woman look I have in these pictures.  I sleep alot on weekends to try to catch up a bit, as I've heard stories of people that have gone nuts on other people due to lack of sleep.  I don't want that happening to me...that'd be a bit embarrassing, now wouldn't it?   Hahahaha.  I don't prefer that.  Work is just as stressful as well....we are so so busy.  On the brighter side, SebSeb has been excelling in school.  He really seems to like this school and it makes me really really happy to know that.
I'm posting all pictures of outfits I've taken in the past few months....which has been 4 outfits.  Ha.  Today included.  I probably will not post again until we break in late November.  Hope everyone else is doing well and breathing easy!

She'll Come Back To Me

Hello-lio-lio few and far between.  I'm a bit of a nervous wreck today.  I start school tomorrow afternoon and I get so nervous in a large group of people.  Tomorrows class is a core Trig class, so its going to be packed, Im sure.  I guess I better start brushing my hair again.  It was nice not having to do that all summer.  I get to sleep in a bit tomorrow too. Gotta take honey to the doctor.  Then to work, followed by the above mentioned.  I can feel the bags below my eyes already enlarging and sagging ever so unattractively.

Double whammy on this post, since I haven't posted in an eternity.  The orange dress pics were taken early in the summer.  I have since indulged in breakfast, lunch, and dinner, consuming the most unhealthy, yet delicious of foods and cakes.  With that comes chipmunk cheeks and a non-existent waist.  The latter pictures are what I wore today.

We've Got Internet!!

We have been without internet for nearly 2 months and its finally arrived.  Just in time because classes start on Thursday.  :-/  Got (2) fun ones tho.  A drawing class and a possible photography class.  Very exciting.  This is what I wore about a month ago....to work (with a jacket and long slip).  I have worn this in a previous post as a skirt (what its supposed to be), but being Im the shortest lady ever...this worked too.....layered under a tank and bike shorts.  Gnite all.

Chachachachachanges

So, many of you know, my happy little fam moved from Arlington to Dallas this last month.  Its been busy busy busy-ness, but I think we are finally close to finished unpacking.  I have alot of little projects and and keeping myself busy decorating and setting up.  I hope to include some of my before and after furniture pieces and maybe a house tour later on when I'm done.  It is so colorful and fun.  I look forward to going home everyday!

In these old apartmentt pictures, I am wearing lace dress from Charming Charlies.  Check out those beautiful bell sleeves.  Scored this puppy on sale of course.  In the new place, Im wearing a old Mad Caddies band T that I've had pretty much since high school and a striped skirt from TJ Maxx or Marshalls...Can't remember.  First time wearing it tho.  Ha!  The boots are from Guilt Group.  They are Sam Edelman.  Pretty rad, huh?
